The Convention is being held from January 19-23, 2010, in Birmingham, Alabama.  Pre-Registration will last until January 1, 2010.  Please click on the space below and print a copy of the Registration Form.  Once you have filled out the form please mail it to the address provided below.  We look forward to seeing you at the Convention.
